Diane brings over three decades of experience in pharmaceutical and healthcare market research. She has held senior research positions at Encuity Research (now Syneos) and Verispan (now IQVIA), as well as management roles within two pharmaceutical companies. In 2013, she founded D2 Market Research, where she serves as Owner and lead researcher, providing customized quantitative and qualitative research solutions for pharmaceutical, healthcare, and insurance clients.
Diane is trained and certified in moderating by the RIVA Training Institute and has extensive experience partnering with pharmaceutical companies and their agencies. She specializes in insight mining, brand story development, positioning, message testing, creative concept testing, and turning complex research into actionable strategies.
Her expertise spans a wide array of methodologies, therapeutic areas, and customer segments. Diane combines deep subject matter knowledge with the facilitation skills needed to manage qualitative discussions across all research formats—carefully guiding conversations, knowing when to explore unexpected insights, and ensuring all research objectives are met.
